- 1290: September, argues a case against Ubertino del fu Guglielmo da Parma, and turns outabitare in the chapel of S. Salvatore
- 1298: July, together with Bartolomeo da Varignana, Liuzzo de’ Liuzzi and Maglio dei Sulimani promises obedience to the Archdeacon of the Stadium, Guido da Baisio
- 1302: May 7, draws up a consilium together with Bartolomeo di Varignana on the pregnance of a woman from S. Giovanni in Persiceto
- 1309:Â according to Ghirardacci he holds public reading of medicine, with the salary of forty lire, in Brescia
- 1310 ca.: is recalled to Bologna at the invitation of the Municipality and the university of arts and medicine, which offer him a salary of one hundred lire
- 1312: dates the quaestio preserved in Münich, Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Clm 244, fol. 135r-v disputed, probably on the same occasion as other issues in the same codex, by the two Bolognese masters Alberto Zancari and Giuliano dei Preonti
- 1314: the City of Treviso called him, from Bologna, along with others, including Pietro d’Abano, to teach medicine in the newly established Studium
- 1336: mentioned as deceased in a document concerning his daughter Giacoma, wife of Bertuccio
